FAQ
How do I place a custom order?
If you'd like to place a custom order, please fill out our order form. For custom orders, there is a 1 dozen minimum. We prefer 2 weeks notice for all custom orders, to give us time to conceptualize a design, order specialty supplies and fulfill the order. For orders 2 dozen and under, we require payment in full. Orders over 2 dozen, contact us to discuss a deposit but generally, the earlier you can contact us, the better!
How do holiday pre-sales work?
Holiday pre-sales will be advertised on our social media channels (Instagram and Facebook) leading up to the holiday. Preview for pre-sales will occur here on the website under the Order tab. To order a holiday pre-sale item, e-mail us at wanderlustbakeryCA@gmail.com with the quantities you'd like to reserve. Please be sure to fill out all relevant information (especially if customization is involved). Your pre-order is not complete until payment is received. Holiday pre-sales are first come, first served and limited quantities may be available. Holiday pre-sales will be picked up from our home, during specified days and times.
How do flash sales work?
Flash sales will be advertised on our social media channels (Instagram and Facebook) leading up to the holiday. All flash sales are first come, first served and limited quantities may be available. Send a private message through social media with quantity and follow payment instructions as prompted. Flash sales will be picked up from our home, during specified days and times.
What do your cookies cost?
Our cookies start at $48 per dozen and increase based on level of difficulty and materials for custom orders. Our flash sale and holiday pre-sale prices will be listed in the advertisement based on packaging and themes.
What payment do you accept?
Currently we are accepting payments through Venmo, Apple Pay, Square, Paypal and in-person cash transactions. Holiday pre-sales require pre-payment online but flash sales allow for cash at pick up.
Do you have gluten-free cookies? How about allergens?
At this time, we do not carry gluten-free cookies but it's definitely something we're interested in! As a mama to a child with allergies, I totally understand allergy concerns. However, since I bake in my home, I cannot guarantee nut-free exposure. None of my recipes use any ingredients with peanuts but they are present in my kitchen.
